Paper Submission Guidelines

Electronic paper submissions are accepted in two categories:

  1. Full Papers (up to 16 pages)
  2. Work-in-Progress Papers (up to 8 pages)

Both full papers and work-in-progress papers will appear in the conference proceedings. Accepted papers will be published by Springer as part of the Lecture Notes in Computer Science (LNCS) series (www.springer.com/lncs).

The review process is double-blind. Authors must not include their names, affiliations, or any information that could identify them in the submitted paper. However, self-citations to relevant prior work should not be anonymous but should be written in a way that does not reveal the author’s identity. If necessary, the Program Committee may suggest format and content revisions before final acceptance.

Camera-Ready Instructions for Research Papers

Once a paper is accepted, authors must prepare the final (camera-ready) version in the Springer LNCS format.

  • Full Papers: Maximum 16 pages (including references).
  • Short Papers: Maximum 8 pages (including references).

Important requirements for camera-ready submission:
✔ Follow the Springer style guidelines (e.g., font, text size, figure formatting, bibliography style).
✔ If using Microsoft Word, include all necessary figures and graphs in the submission.
✔ If using LaTeX, provide all files required for compiling the paper.

All camera-ready submissions must be uploaded via EasyChair under the Camera-Ready Submission Page.

Guidelines for Paper Presentation

Paper presentations at CollabTech 2025 will be conducted as hybrid presentations.

Poster Submission Guidelines

Authors must submit an extended abstract paper between 4 to 6 pages long using the Springer LNCS template.

The review process follows a single-blind system. The program co-chairs will make the final decision on the acceptance of poster submissions.

Guidelines for Poster Presentation

All poster presenters must prepare a poster in A0 size (or a similar format) for their presentation and must bring their posters in person to the conference venue. If attendance is not possible, posters must be sent via postal mail (please contact the organizing team for the mailing address). In such cases, authors must also include a public URL and QR code linking to a recorded video presentation of up to 10 minutes.

Posters will be displayed during the poster session at the conference. The poster papers will be published online separately from the main conference proceedings. All submitted papers will be evaluated by the program committee.

All corresponding authors must be registered to present their posters.
