Registration for Attendees

Important Notes for Authors

Each author is allowed to present only one paper per registration. If an author is presenting two papers, they must pay for two separate registrations. At least one registration must be covered for each accepted paper. Registration is mandatory to confirm participation in the program.

Registration Dates

Registration open: September, 29th. (AOE)
Registration deadline: October, 31st. (AOE)
Presenter participants must register online through the official registration site.*
Non-Presenter attendants must register online through the NON-presenter registration site.
On-site registration is NOT available.

Registration Fee

The registration fee includes lunch and coffee breaks for two days conference, cultural evening event, city tour, access to conference proceeding, and seminar kit.
